This program is at no cost to you.

New York State's new initiative program covers these special services because they are proven to have a positive impact on public health. If eligible for services, the state will cover the fee in-full - you will never be invoiced. 



No! Your existing public benefits are unrelated to our assistance programs. Your enrollment status in SNAP/EBT Programs has no impact on your eligibility. 


This program is for Medicaid recipients who:

  • Do not pay monthly fees for their Medicaid insurance
  • Are on a Medicaid Managed Care Plan
  • Reside in New York City

Note: To be eligible, Medicaid recipients must be enrolled in a Managed Care Plan. 

Some Medicaid MAP, and MLTCP Members may be eligible for services through their insurance directly. 


Eligible members can receive 3 nutritious meals per day, 7 days a week  for those who qualify. 

Eligible members may also receive enough food to cover the rest of the household.*

Deliveries come every Wednesday during a delivery window. 

Each Delivery is a Week's worth of food. 


Delivery is expected to begin within a short time after your Nutritionist Consultation. 

Your navigator will give you exact timing once enrollment is complete.
